* Is my property secure at Area Wide Storage?

Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art security features, including 24/7 surveillance cameras, secure perimeter fencing, and electronic gate access. We take the safety and security of your belongings very seriously.

* What are your hours of operation?

Our storage facility is accessible to customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Our customer service hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and Saturday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

* How are payments handled?

Payments can be made conveniently online through our secure payment portal. We accept all major credit cards, or ACH payments. For alternative payment methods please contact our customer service team.

* What are the payment terms for my storage unit?

When you choose to rent a storage unit with us, the payment structure is designed for your convenience on a month-to-month basis. Your initial payment will be charged on the day you rent the unit and will be pro-rated for the duration of that month, ensuring you only pay for the time you actually use. Starting from the second month, payments are automatically charged on the 1st day of each month, simplifying the process and ensuring your focus remains on what matters most to you.

* What is the cancellation policy, and how can I cancel automatic payments?

Our cancellation policy allows for maximum flexibility. Should your storage needs change, you can cancel your automatic monthly payments at any time without penalty. 

* Can I change my storage unit size after signing the lease?

Yes, we offer the flexibility to upgrade or downsize your unit based on availability. If your storage needs change, please contact us to discuss your options and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

* What should I do if I lose my access code?

If you lose your access code, please contact us immediately. Our team will assist you in regaining access to your unit while ensuring the continued security of your belongings.

* Are there any items that cannot be stored?

For the safety and security of all our customers and their belongings, certain items are prohibited, including perishables, flammable materials, illegal substances, and live animals. A complete list of prohibited items is available in your rental agreement and on our website.
